Hello! I am a dedicated acupuncturist and board-certified herbalist committed to providing compassionate, whole-person care rooted in trauma-informed practices.

I work with a wide range of health concerns, including chronic pain, stress, mental-emotional health, genitourinary complaints, digestive issues, orthopedic pain, and recovery from medical procedures. To ensure my patients receive the most effective care, I utilize a wide variety of methods, such as Master Tung’s points, Five Element acupuncture, Yin Yang theory, and Motor Entry Point (MEP) needling, alongside non-needling modalities like Gua Sha and cupping. If someone is interested in exploring herbal medicine, I work diligently to find effective formulas tailored to their individual dietary needs and financial circumstances.

My personal health journey as someone living with a chronic pain disability has greatly shaped my clinical practice, and has deepened my understanding and compassion for those seeking relief. My approach is centered on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where each individual feels seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. I am honored to serve diverse communities and prioritize collaborative, personalized care that respects each person’s unique needs and goals.

I earned my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2024, completing clinical rotations at Jesse Brown VA Hospital and Chicago Women’s Health Clinic. I currently serve as a teaching assistant at PCHS, supporting students and faculty in clinical education.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader at my local library, and you can often find me performing improv comedy in Chicago as well as spending quality time with my cats, partner, and friends. I am passionate about advocating for healthcare and social justice liberation here in Chicago and beyond.
